Reservations
When booking your tour in CRETAN VIOMA, you will need to fill out a form with your requested information. You will also be asked to pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation or pay the entire amount of the reservation. Upon completion of your booking, you receive a confirmation email from our company.
In the event that your booking is made via telephone or email, you will be deemed to have signed the declaration on the booking form and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
- You have read and accepted all the booking terms and conditions and the information we give you on our website.
- None of the participants in the reservation has or has ever suffered from medical conditions that prevent them from joining the tour.
- All customers that have made a booking understand the risks of adventure activities.
- Pregnant women come at their own risk and having understood all the risks involved in our tours.
- Our company’s tours are not suitable for people with mobility problems.
- Booking on behalf of other people guarantees that everyone participating in the excursion has been informed by him about all the terms and conditions we mention.
- You consider the reservation valid when it is finalized and we send you a confirmation email or inform you via phone or in person.
- Parents with children and babies bring them at their own risk, having understood possible risks that the activities may include and are responsible for them.
Payments
The full payment of the excursion amount must have been made to our company up to 48 hours before the departure of the planned excursion. In case the payment of the total amount, up to 48 hours before the departure of the excursion, has not been made then the reservation is considered canceled by the customer. Unless it is mutually agreed that a partial deposit (50%) be made at the time of booking, and the balance paid before departure time.
Money paid by the customer will be held by CRETAN VIOMA until the customer receives a booking confirmation message. This money and any other paid amount subsequently will be in CRETAN VIOMA.
Change of reservation by the customer
It is possible to change the date and selection of the excursion booked by the customer at least 5 days before the departure day of the original excursion, if there is availability. The change is made after contacting our company via email or phone.
Cancellation of booking by the customer
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation fees are charged:
- If the customer cancels his excursion no later 24 hours before the time of the departure, he will receive a full refund.
- If the customer cancels his excursion less 24 hours before the time of departure, 100 % of the total amount of the excursion will be withheld by the CRETAN VIOMA company.
- In case the customer does not show up at the pick-up point that he has filled in on the booking form at the agreed time, then his booking is considered invalid and 100% of the total amount paid will be withheld by CRETAN VIOMA.
During the excursion
The use of the vehicle’s seat belt is mandatory for all passengers throughout the excursion.
Smoking and consumption of food and drinks inside the vehicle is prohibited.
For the smooth and safe conduct of the excursion, the client accepts the authority and decisions of the employees, leaders, guides of the CRETAN VIOMA company. For the safe conduct of the tour, our company staff may exclude the customer from the tour and at any point without refund or compensation, if they judge that the customer’s behavior may adversely affect the conduct of the tour or if one of customers are committing an illegal act. Also, our company ceases to be responsible for its return. If a customer is unwell, they should inform our staff in time. There are no refunds for unused services.
Travel and cancellation insurance
It is the customer’s responsibility to have their own travel insurance that adequately covers any medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, as well as any accidents with unlimited and adequate benefits. CRETAN VIOMA is not responsible for any loss of luggage, money or personal items during the excursion. Each customer is responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The staff of our company has a certificate of first aid in case of emergency, but is not responsible in case of unwanted results according to the law.
Liability insurance
Limited insurance held by the operator. By booking the customer understands the potential risks involved in the adventure activities and the activities that comprise our tours and participates in them at his own will and responsibility. The customer also acknowledges and accepts that there may be no policy covering the company’s liability to its customers for injury, death, damage or loss occurring anywhere in the world.
The customer acknowledges that CRETAN VIOMA has taken reasonable measures to ensure its liability. Although CRETAN VIOMA has various insurances, this booking condition states that the customer must assume that they are not covered by CRETAN VIOMA’s insurance policy, including liability insurance for death, injury, damage or any other loss.
Change or cancellation of excursion by the company
For security reasons and more, there is a possibility of changing the itinerary or delaying the program that we advertise in the brochure or by any other means or even canceling the trip for that day. If our company knows this in advance, the customer will be informed at the time of booking or otherwise during the excursion. In the event that CRETAN VIOMA cancels an excursion for any reason, you have the opportunity to set a new date from the available ones that we will suggest or get your money back.
The cancellation of the trip or the change of the route or the delay of the program can be done for safety reasons in case of a natural disaster, fire, dangerous weather conditions and generally dangerous situations but also in cases of total or partial damage of our vehicle or illness of a customer or driver who can affect the safe conduct of an excursion and can endanger everyone’s safety. Our company is not responsible for any fees related to airline tickets or other related expenses that may arise.
