You can change your reservation at least 48 hours before the departure day of the excursion if there is availability. The change is made after contacting our company via email or phone.
You can pay by card while making the reservation or by deposit at our company bank account IBAN: GR9502604030000500201125658, owner: PAPOUTSAKIS ANTONIOS KONSTANTINOS, bank’s name: EUROBANK ERGASIAS SA
You can cancel your reservation by contacting with the company.
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation fees are charged:
- If the customer cancels his excursion no later 24 hours before the time of the departure, he will receive a full refund.
- If the customer cancels his excursion less 24 hours before the time of departure, 100 % of the total amount of the excursion will be withheld by the CRETAN VIOMA company.
- In case the customer does not show up at the pick-up point that he has filled in on the booking form at the agreed time, then his booking is considered invalid and 100% of the total amount paid will be withheld by CRETAN VIOMA.
For security reasons and more, there is a possibility of changing the itinerary or delaying the program that we advertise in the brochure or by any other means or even canceling the trip for that day. If our company knows this in advance, the customer will be informed at the time of booking or otherwise during the excursion. In the event that CRETAN VIOMA cancels an excursion for any reason, you have the opportunity to set a new date from the available ones that we will suggest or get your money back.
The cancellation of the trip or the change of the route or the delay of the program can be done for safety reasons in case of a natural disaster, fire, dangerous weather conditions and generally dangerous situations but also in cases of total or partial damage of our vehicle or illness of a customer or driver who can affect the safe conduct of an excursion and can endanger everyone’s safety.
Of course. All of our all our tours can be done by families and the most of the activities are child friendly.
In case you are vegetarian, you have specific dietary preferences or you have food allergies, you just need to inform us will making the reservation at the comment form or by mailing or calling us.
If you have any health problems you need to inform us while making the reservation since you have received approval from your doctor for outdoor activities.
